Umm please help the stupid girl!!

Apparently I am a moron...because I cannot figure out how to put the toolbar I accidently put on the side of the screen back on the bottom. I have tried dragging and dropping it back down, but that does not work. I also went through all the desktop settings and there is no way to fix it. PLEASE HELP!!!

ETA: Never mind!! I did something and it worked!! *is slow*

Try right-clicking on the toolbar, and see if "Lock the Taskbar" is checked. If it is, uncheck it, and then you should be able to move it back.

thanks...it's not checked though...I can move the toolbar, but just not down...:(

it's so very pretty...sometimes I just sit and stare at it too...thanks for trying to help...I guess I'll just keep fiddling with it until it gets fixed

That happened to me once! Eventually I was able to just drag it back down, but it was a day or two. Have no idea how. :/ Good luck!
