sorcha_feanorMuse is coming to Toronto July 31st and I have tickets!!! YAYE!!! Still trying to convince one of my friends to come with me...but such is life. I am bouncing up and down with excitement right now!!
Life continues in much the same way. Work, school, sort of summer holidays...all that jazz.
Have seen a great deal of movies lately. Poseidon=disaster movie predictable fun, X3=good, but not spectacular, The Break Up=good, kinda sad and rather abrupt ending, The DaVinci Code=long but not bad.

muccamukk interviewed me! If you want to be interviewed, comment and I'll ask five questions, and we can all pass it on. I'll try to come up with some fun ones!
1. When you want to get away from all the drama and just chill out, where do you go?
Usually I go to my room, put on my iPod and just lie back on my bed and listen to some music.
2. When you see the first episode of a TV series, what sells you on the show and makes you keep watching?
Generally engaging characters and a good plot...but I am shallow, so sometimes a hot guy will sell me. I am only human.
3. What do you love most about the area you live in?
That's a tough one because I kind of hate the area I live in. One good thing about it is that, for a small rural town it is pretty multicultural. Also we still kinda have that whole small town vibe, with everybody knowing each other and the small, family owned businesses, although that's kind of dissapearing as the town gets bigger.
4. If you could spork one person without repercussions, who would it be?
Going with the obvious here but George Bush...also possibly Stephen Harper (he honestly freaks me out, I can't look at him)
5. What's your ideal of a strong female character on television.
I'd like a strong female character that doesn't have to be sexy to be powerful. That doesn't use sex as a weapon. A strong female character that isn't necessarily drop dead gorgeous. Intelligent, witty and sarcastic.
